a good stay!
clean room spacious room comfortable bed perfect location
i found the welcome to be excellent , the room was very clean and spacious , and the bed was very comfortable. the ensuite was good, too. the room was also comfortably warm , so it was perfect. the location was perfect for visiting friends living nearby.

the gardens provided a relaxing space , and the location offered easy transportation links to various destinations. access to rooms late at night was easy, allowing me to come and go as needed without disturbing anyone.

the staff members were very friendly and helpful , offering assistance whenever needed. the owner was lovely and thoughtful , recommending several breakfast places. this added a personal touch , which i appreciated very much.

convenient location clean room spacious room cold room unfinished flooring cracked walls
the location was really convenient. i found local restaurants and bars within a short walk (i enjoyed exploring the area). the room was clean and spacious, a plus.
The room was quite cold when i first arrived. it did warm up eventually though. the ensuite needed some attention. I saw some cracks in the walls and unfinished flooring.

easy check-in lovely host good location unused room functional bathroom poor pressure
the check-in was easy AND i could come and go at anytime. the host was lovely I think. the location was close to places to eat.
the room FELT unused and cold AND even slightly damp. the bathroom was not the greatest but clean and functional i think. the shower pressure was very poor.

Decent Location, Some Disappointments

The location suited my needs well enough. It was in a convenient suburb.
The room was quite cold upon arrival, even though they knew when I would arrive. The ensuite bathroom needed some maintenance. I noticed the towel rail was disconnected. The shower pressure was poor and it took a long time for hot water to come through (it was barely lukewarm, really).

lovely staff perfect location spotlessly clean friendly owners
i found the staff so lovely, location was perfect for what i needed. all very comfy and tidy, i'll definitely return soon! the owners were so friendly and they accommodated my early check-in request.
